EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

• You can try/ check the item on the spot while the courier is delivering .. we accept exchanges and refunds only on the spot , once the courier leaves we won’t be able to accept any exchanges or refunds.

• No Exchange or Refund on Soiree items.
• Delivery fees have to be paid in all situations
• Uppers Egypt Zone (Luxor- Aswan- Asyut- Qena -Beni Suif- Menya- Hurghada) Require 30% deposit to ship the order. Please check the order while the courier is delivering, and In case you didn't like the order please return it with the same courier , and the deposit amount will be refunded after deducting the Delivery Fees.
• Returned Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging and with all tags attached.
• International orders are not subject to refund or exchange
• No Exchange or Refund Durning Sale Periods
